The Site is operated by Nu Era Pte Ltd., a business registered (200508355H) under the Republic of Singapore (hereafter referred to as “Nu Era” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We welcome customers to browse our site. It is important that you go through the policies and understand them before registration. It will help you to understand how Nu Era operates and ensure that we serve you fairly and properly. At this point in time, we are regretted to inform you that you can only browse the products and order through our email or telesales method. Due to the complexity of customising the corporate gifts, it is difficult to give you a quotation price right away as the product price is dependent on many factors like quantity, design type and delivery time.

Our Site and the foregoing services or product referred to herein collectively as our “Service” or “Product”. Our Service and Product are offered to you conditioned upon your acceptance without modification of all of the terms, conditions, and notices set forth below (collectively, the “Agreement”). By accessing or using this Site in any manner, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, you may not use this Site or the Services. We reserve the right at any time, at our sole discretion, to change or otherwise modify the Agreement. If the Agreement is changed or modified, we will post on our Site a notice that revisions to the Agreement have been made or we may notify you via email or other means. You shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Site by you following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as modified.

1. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy is available on the Site here and is hereby incorporated by reference. You agree to abide by all the terms set forth in the Privacy Policy.

2. Indemnity. You shall indemnify and hold us, our affiliates and respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any third-party claim, demand, action, damage, loss, cost or expense, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out or relating to your use of our Services or alleging facts or circumstances that, if true, could constitute your breach of any of the terms of this Agreement. We will control any such defence and related settlement and you will reasonably assist us therewith at your expense.

3. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore applicable.

4. No Agency. Our relationship is that of independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relations is intended or created by this Agreement or your use of the Site or Service.

7. Variation of Terms and Conditions. Nu Era reserves the right to amend/update the terms and conditions herein at its sole discretion without notice to the Customer.

8. Warranties. No Agent or representative of Nu Era is authorized to make any warranty, representation or statements given as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any condition, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Product supplied. Nu Era expressly excludes all warranties, descriptions, representations or advice rendered as to the fitness or suitability for any purpose, tolerance to any conditions, similarity to sample, merchantability or otherwise of the Product supplied to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liabilities. Nu Era shall not liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages or loss of whatever descriptions. To the extent that Nu Era is liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury arising directly or indirectly from any defect in or non-compliance of the Product or any other breach of Nu Era Online’s obligations hereunder, such liability shall not, in any event, exceed an amount equivalent to the price of the Product(s).

Both Nu Era and the delivery company will not be held responsible for any damages or loss of products after delivery. The Customer shall not use the Product in any manner and/or for any purpose for which they are unsuited and shall be responsible for using all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Product. The Customer expressly agrees that Nu Era assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information given with the Products and Nu Era assumes no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misstatement of any such information. The Customer assumes all risks connected with the use and storage of the Product.

Customer unreservedly acknowledges and agrees that he/she assumes all risk in connection with the use of this site. Nu Era shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or punitive damage or loss of profits or loss of revenue however arising from the use of, access to the site. Without limitation to the foregoing:

This site and all information contained herein is provided on an “as is” without any implied or express warranty including any implied warranty as to title, quality, merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nu Era shall not be liable for any error or omission in the content of the site including any damage or injury arising out of or in connection with any access or use of the site whether such damage/injury is caused by failure of performance, error, omission, defect, delay in operation, computer virus, theft and etc. All offers are subject to availability and while stock last.

Nu Era shall not be liable to any Customer for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any order for any reason.

Photographs and images featured in the Nu Era are representations of actual products only and variation may apply from time to time. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that product representation and information are as accurate as possible, Nu Era is not liable should there be any variation to the actual physical products. The rights to the pictures, marks and trademarks in this website belong exclusively to Nu Era and cannot be reproduced or published in whole or in part without the prior written permission from Nu Era.

Nu Era cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy or omission. Nu Era will attempt its best to fulfil orders placed by shoppers. In the event that an ordered product is not available, Nu Era reserves the right not to replace it with a similar item of equivalent value.

Prices quoted on Nu Era are strictly applicable to Online Service only and are subjected to change without prior notice. Special offers are valid while stock last.

Customers are strongly advised to check the item purchased at the time of acceptance to avoid any possible dispute. All products leaving our distribution centre have been checked for quality and accurate quantity. However, we will replace any defective products that do not meet our customers’ expectations.

Whilst all attempts will be made to ensure Nu Era website access is available all the time, occasionally the Site may undergo repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new services. Nu Era website includes links to other websites or materials which are beyond its control.
