Shipping

Nu Era local shipping within Singapore (except offshore island, Sentosa & Jurong island) is free for orders above S$2000 (exclude GST) and a delivery charge is chargeable for orders below S$2000. 

For overseas orders, we will calculate and inform you of the actual shipping cost. Please note that you might incur some customs duties or taxes from your home country. Please check with your local taxation office for more details. Most of our overseas parcels will be sent by FedEx, DHL, UPS and etc. We will try to use the cheapest available courier service to help lower your shipping cost. Once payment is received and cleared, we will dispatch your goods within 1 working day. A tracking number from the courier company will be given to help you keep track of the delivery.
